Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic: 5–21 business days
    • International: 5–21 business days (may vary depending on customs processing in your country).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within most countries worldwide. Some destinations may have limitations — you will be notified at checkout if shipping is unavailable.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Secret Service Fan Shop is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
